Following this, he dedicated twenty-six years to a national distributor and manufacturer of print consumables, where he honed his technical knowledge and operational skills.

Drawing on these experiences, he played a pivotal role in founding JAG Print Products in partnership with J&G Environmental and CSG, creating a circular solution that streamlines both supply and waste management. His wealth of insight and leadership ensures JAG continues to set new benchmarks in service, support, and print innovation.

Starting with North East Graphic Supplies, she gained invaluable experience until the company was acquired by Ultrachem, where she spent nine successful years refining her skills. Eventually, she joined JAG Print Products, contributing her extensive industry knowledge, strong relationships, and proven ability to adapt in an ever-changing market.

With a 30-year track record in printing, her enthusiasm for the trade remains undiminished. She leverages this deep expertise to identify growth opportunities, streamline processes, and support customers and colleagues alike, ensuring JAG’s reputation for exceptional service and reliable solutions endures.

With nearly 26 years of experience in the print industry, Kelly Smith has witnessed firsthand the evolving technologies and practices shaping the trade. She began her journey in 1999 at a small supplier, NEGS, before transitioning to Ultrachem.

In 2012, she joined J&G, taking on a sales and customer service role that allowed her to develop strong client relationships. By 2014, Kelly moved into the JAG Print Products division, and in 2020, she was appointed National Sales Manager. Her extensive background and adaptability ensure customers receive informed guidance, reliable support, and innovative solutions that keep their operations thriving.

With more than four decades in the printing industry, Ian provides critical technical support and troubleshooting expertise at JAG Print Products. After completing an apprenticeship in offset lithography, he spent over 20 years honing his craft on sheetfed offset and heatset web offset presses, building a foundation of practical skill and in-depth understanding.

Transitioning into technical support and sales for a major European ink manufacturer allowed him to travel extensively across the UK and Europe, assisting offset and flexographic printers in optimizing their operations. Since joining JAG Print Products in 2021, Ian has leveraged his extensive experience to help customers overcome challenges, implement best practices, and achieve consistently superior print results.

Alongside mastering these technical roles, he also gained valuable insights into transport and logistics, ensuring a complete grasp of operational workflows. By 2020, his extensive experience and in-depth knowledge positioned him perfectly to step into a production manager and formulator role at JAG Print Products. His well-rounded skill set now drives efficient manufacturing processes, precise formulations, and innovative solutions, ultimately contributing to consistently high-quality results for our customers.

Beginning in the print industry in 2012 with a prominent Midlands manufacturer, Liam first focused on mixing and potting specialized formulations. Progressing from production to warehouse operations, he handled picking, packing, and eventually dispatch planning—coordinating up to 25 vans daily and managing urgent requests. His leadership potential led him to become a warehouse manager before leaving the industry briefly.

Returning in March 2020 as JAG Print Products’ warehouse manager, he quickly demonstrated adaptability, operational insight, and a willingness to embrace new challenges. In August 2022, he stepped into a technical sales role, drawing upon his hands-on experience in production and logistics to help customers make informed decisions and optimize their operations. His journey exemplifies growth, versatility, and commitment to ensuring clients receive top-tier support.
